The movie has a really strong impact on Indians as it deals with the social and cultural changes that took place in India after Independence. The role of an Indian widow is played by ‘Nargis’ who takes care of her children with extreme difficulty. The main point of the movie is the power of good, as the mother kills her own son when he goes onto the wrong path and does what is wrong.
This movie is all based on a woman who fights against the whole society for justice. She stands against her own family who raped their housemaid. By the end, she is able to get justice for the maid by fighting against her family and proving them guilty. This movie teaches us that it is always important to do the right thing no matter what.
Hum Saath Saath Hain (1999)
The family has to come before anything and everything – this is what the movie teaches us. Appreciate your family and love them unconditionally. In your tough times, your parents and family are the only ones who will stand by you. There is no other relationship stronger than that of the bond of a family.

Kal Ho Na Ho is one movie which gives the message to the people to live their life to the fullest each day. You should live and cherish every single day of your life like it's your last day. After all, tomorrow is promised to no one!
Dil Chahta Hai (2001)

India, being a religious country has many gods and some use them as a business. Without being boring, the movie gives a very strong message that about being religious. It tells people that, being religious is good, but believing everything blindly in the name of religion is totally wrong and will only land you in trouble someday.
